Many of our apparel and merchandise items are produced on demand, which means each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products while maintaining quality and reducing waste.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed and sent to production within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the item ordered, seasonal demand, and supplier availability.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, shipping times generally range from:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available on select products when offered at checkout

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped from different production facilities and delivered on different days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, Shop Umbarger is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather events

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be re-shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
